HOW DOES IT WORK?

HOW VIRTUAL WHOLE HEALTH WORKS

 

  1. Send an email to fivepetalhealing@gmail.com letting us know that you are interested in Virtual Whole Health.
  2. You will receive an email back with an overview of your package and pricing.
  3. Schedule your online initial appointment.
  4. Fill out the system survey (must be done 48 hours prior to your scheduled initial appointment).
  5. Show up to your initial appointment in the comfort of your own home.
  6. After your appointment you will receive an email with you personalized 5 Petal Protocol (please allow up to 48 hours for preparation by the Dr).
  7. Follow the protocol and email us with any questions, challenges and/or triumphs.
  8. Show up for your follow up appointment to discuss your progress and make any necessary adjustments or changes (amount and occurrence of follow ups will be determined by the Dr.).
  9. You are on your way to health and vitality!

NEW PATIENTS

Initial consultation and intake:

$120 for now for 60 minute session

 

ESTABLISHED PATIENTS

30 minute check in and single protocol $45

60 minute check in and 3 point protocol $75
